Services — The Edge

Start training your mind just as hard as you train your body.

Regardless of whether you're an athlete, coach, parent or sports medicine professional, we have the mental conditioning resources you need to improve performance.

Individual training sessions

Individual performer/athlete

Individual sessions typically last 60-90 minutes and are designed to improve performers' mental skills and deal with any issues that may be negatively impacting performance. Our mental conditioning coaches will take your goals, experiences and lifestyle into consideration to help you learn and develop the right tools to address your performance related issues.

Coaches

Individual sessions for coaches are designed to help coaches who are seeking assistance with fostering team culture, developing a more positive coaching style or enhancing team communication and messaging. Coaches can also use these sessions to learn how to train the athletes they work with to use mental skills properly.

Team sessions

Team sessions will be individually tailored to address your group's specific needs. Popular team session topics include enhancing team communication and cohesion, reducing group conflict, team goal-setting, and facilitating leadership development. Your team can also schedule group sessions to learn how to perform different mental skills successfully.

Team sessions will always be a mixture of instruction, discussion and interactive activities.
